Reiki share - for both practitioners and those wanting to learn and experience Reiki - Life energy exchanged through our hands,  first Saturday of every month,  7:00PM - 8:00PM.

Meditation - practicing meditations, including chanting ohm, walking meditations, focusing on the body and breath and more.  Beginners and veterans,  are welcome. Third Saturday of every month, 7:00PM - 8:00PM.
